Midnight Wins Licence

The Midnight Wins licence does not extend to all territories. Certain countries and regions are excluded from access to the platform’s site, applications, and services due to local regulatory restrictions, absence of licence coverage, or outright prohibitions on online gambling.

• Romania — ONJN regulator mandates a local licence for all online gambling services;
• Ukraine — Current legal and regulatory framework restricts unlicensed foreign operators;
• Singapore — Remote Gambling Act prohibits access to unlicensed online gambling platforms;
• Turkey — National law prohibits all forms of online gambling without government authorisation;
• Israel — No legal framework for licensed online gambling operations;
• Iran — Gambling prohibited under national law.

Users located in these regions are not permitted to register, access, or use any Midnight Wins service. It is the user’s responsibility to confirm that accessing the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before doing so.

Midnight Wins is not the owner of companies licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority and does not manage, control, or administer any such entities. The brand name and associated platform operate independently and do not represent any affiliated or co-licensed company registered with the MGA or any other gambling regulator.

Midnight Wins holds no financial interest, equity stake, or managerial role in any separately licensed company that may operate under a comparable brand or similar commercial identity. The platform has no capacity to influence the operational or management decisions of those companies. Any legal claims, complaints, or disputes relating to a separately licensed company must be directed to that company directly or to the relevant licensing authority.
